When you use the contact or booking forms on this site we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), and the message or session details you share. That's it. We don't run user accounts, and we don't track behavior across the web.

Ana is working with counsel on the final language. In the meantime, the working version is summarized below, it reflects how the practice actually operates.
How we use it
We use it to respond to you, schedule sessions, and (with your explicit permission) keep you on a low-volume mailing list for upcoming workshops. We don't sell or share your information with anyone, ever.
How it's stored
Form submissions arrive as email through Resend (a transactional email service). Your messages live in Ana's inbox like any other email. The website itself runs on Vercel and uses Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify individuals.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. Email Ana directly at themagicinhealing@gmail.com and she'll handle it personally, usually the same day.
