Ana is working with counsel on the final language. In the meantime, the working version is summarized below, it reflects how the practice actually operates.
Energy healing, Reiki, angel card readings, and the related practices Ana offers are complementary modalities for personal growth and emotional well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you have a serious physical or mental health concern, please work with a licensed professional in addition to (or instead of) this work.
Booking through the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Ana will reach out by email within 1-2 business days to confirm the time or propose an alternate.
Payment is handled outside of this website (separately, after Ana confirms your booking). If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Refund and rescheduling specifics are confirmed at the time of booking.
Whatever you share in a session stays between you and Ana. The exception is if there is an immediate risk of harm, to you or someone else, in which case Ana may need to involve emergency services. This is consistent with how most coaching and complementary-modality practitioners operate.
